Process Chemistry: Vandanaa TMT bars are made with a controlled chemistry of carbon, sulphur, phosphorous and other alloys. The carbon equivalent is maintained at a lower range to facilitate good weld ability. Grading: We manufacture four different grades of TMT bars - Fe-415, Fe-500, Fe-550, and Fe-600. These numbers indicate the level of stress that must be applied to deform it and higher the grade, the stronger and superior the bar is. The grades are given according to their strength and rigidity. Our manufacturing unit of wire rods in coil, TMT bars & HB wires has an annual capacity of 1,00,000 MT.
